Please take the time to read our booking details. PLEASE READ BELOW! BOOKING POLICY: 
There are no deposit fees required to book unless booking extensions with service or a sew in. We usually only require Card on file for checkout, or late/cancellation fee’s ***NO extra guests allowed, unless they’re being serviced too. Appt is considered late after 15mins and will result in Reschedule Frequent late cancellations or reschedules will result in required non refundable or transferable deposit before booking again. NO CALL NO SHOW you will be BANNED! And 55% amount of appt will be rendered. ***Please read all appointment types thoroughly before booking. HAIR EXTENSIONS: Reused Extensions must be washed prior to services Free of thread. Bundles must be clean and DRY before appt. Wet/damped bundles extends appointment duration and may result in additional charge to dry. HAIR HEALTH: We wash and condition your hair but please detangle completely before appt.
It is highly preferred to give scalp 24 hours after prior take down of braids or previous install if scalp is sensitive or irritated. If this isn’t possible we do offer hydration and scalp treatments. Previous install **Must** Be fully detangled and braids fully unraveled and combed thoroughly if you did not select the “take down” service. Failure to properly prep your hair for an appt may result in a “Maintenance fee” Please ensure you are booking the necessary services for your needs! If a service is not selected when booking it is a possibility added services may be denied to maintain respect and consideration for stylist and other clients thereafter! 🌿NATURAL EXTENSIONS: Tapes, KTIPS, Row extensions, Hybrids, Links or any styling with atleast 60% of natural hair left out with extensions…. Natural hair must be atleast 8 inches long and past the jawline meeting the shoulder! ***Blunt cuts aren’t ideal but could be done with a clearance through consultation with stylist! Ensure these services fit your lifestyle &day-to-day routine. My best advice is that if you aren’t able to successfully maintain a silk press for 2 weeks?!natural extensions may not be an ideal option being that Natural extensions is a LUXURY SERVICE and requires full cooperation and daily maintenance from the client! Please understand the service thoroughly before booking as we will not offer a refund after the service has been rendered! Please fill out questionnaire and send in pictures of your MOST RECENT state of hair. Pictures should reflect your hair health Within the current month of booking appt! 🌿Blonding, or chemical/coloring service: To prevent build up or comprising a chemical service please arrive to your appt with freshly cleaned hair (the only time it is a request for client to pre shampoo) hair will still be washed and treated by me but after chemical process is completed! DROP OFFS: please bring extensions in a bag labeled with name and appt date on bag. Please drop off clean lace. No glue or buildup. No thread or buildup on wefts/Bundles.

appointments booked for Wig Customization, Coloring Services etc please schedule the appt on the day and time your available to drop extensions off.
